St Margaret’s Hospice Care is a Somerset charity here for everyone who needs us. We do everything we can to care and support patients facing a life-limiting illness. Importantly, this includes ensuring that families, friends, and carers are looked after too. Every year we support around 5,000 people across Somerset. The majority of our care is provided at home or in the community, via a wide range of services, while some patients receive specialist care in our In-patient unit or at our day hospices.
